I would describe myself as a free spirit, spiritual creator, mother, businesswoman and I enjoy life through a spiritual lens. Although anchored in British Columbia, Canada, I consider Puerto Vallarta my second home as I’ve been going back and forth for the past 30 years. I started my journey of self-healing over the last 14 years through my own practice and my inner light was ignited. I have been blessed to encounter so many amazing teachers and mentors over the years and I have taken courses and been certified in Meditation, Reiki, Healer Within Academy (Charaka, inner-child, soul journey) and I love working with all sorts of modalities Spirit, Energy, Tarot, Scrying & Casting.

In these sessions I will be channeling the souls of your loved ones in Spirit with the intention of bringing healing, comfort, hope, and inspiration, we will focus on the connection with loved ones who have crossed over. I act as a channel “messenger” for the other side with the intention to bring whatever it is that YOU need to find peace of mind and healing. From a scared space with the full intention of Compassion and heartfelt love.

Using meditation to ignite the body’s natural ability to heal and overcome unwanted emotional and mental blocks to bring well-being to the physical body aligning and activating your chakras brings balance to the energetic and physical body. I will help you understand the workings of your own personal Chakras and some key points to help you learn, heal & grow.
Mediation/Reiki/Energy Healing
Using meditation to ignite the body’s natural ability to heal and overcome unwanted emotional and mental blocks to bring well-being to the physical body. This session is set specifically for healing, goal, or empowerment that you are seeking in your life! I will help guide you within to illuminate the path as you receive signs, messages, and visions you may need. You can also get a personalized meditation to meet spirit animals, guides, and loved ones passed and your inner child.
Move Through Grief
Embark on a Journey of Healing: Exploring Grief through Spiritual Lens. It offers a sacred space where spirituality intertwines with the process of grieving, guiding you through gentle ideas, movements and profound reflections. Coaching & Spiritual Empowerment
I will help you navigate where you are on your own unique journey and where you would like to end up on your life path from a spiritual perspective. This session focuses on bringing forth guidance, healing, and insight. I will use the experience I have as an intuitive medium, coach, and spiritual teacher to help bring you clarity and empowered you and healing, hope, and also inspiration. I will use and share tools you can use in your everyday life and develop your own unique spiritual path.
